Pumpkin Bread

I feel like all of sudden the weather has changed it.

The wind, rain, and falling leaves makes me bake more.



What do you guys bake nowadays?

Recently, I am obsessed with fresh bread.

I am a rice person and I don't care to eat bread...

but the fresh, homemade bread is always good.


This time I made pumpkin bread.

My whole house smells like pumpkin.

This is very good for afternoon snack, or even breakfast.



What you need :

3 cups of pumpkin puree

1 cup of brown sugar ( If you like to make it sweet, you can add 1/2-1 cup)

2 ts of salt

1 cup of cooking oil or melted butter

6 eggs

6 cups of all purpose flour

1 1/2 ts of baking powder

2 ts of baking soda

1 ts of vanilla Essence

1 ts of cinnamon powder


* ts=teaspoon


Bake 50 min, 355F

As soon as it's done, turn off the oven and leave the bread in the oven for 10 more minutes.


This is big batch but it didn't last long for my family.
